This course forms a crucial part of the QA Mental Health First Aid qualification suite, designed with guidance from subject matter experts and grounded in thorough research within the Mental Health First Aid domain.

Applicants need to be at least 16 years of age to enroll.
There is no requirement for participants to renew this qualification. Nonetheless, staying abreast of the latest best practices in Mental Health awareness is advised.
Participants will complete a Theory Assessment, consisting of a Multiple Choice Questionnaire.
Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a personalised Qualsafe Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (Level 1 RQF) e-Certificate.
