The Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid is a 2-day MHFA course that provides learners with an in-depth understanding of mental health first aid training issues. This is the most comprehensive training and the ONLY MHFA course that qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider.

This course helps learners by teaching them about stress, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, depression and anxiety that could occur in the workplace. The one-day course is advised for those who want to promote a mentally healthy work environment. You will not be eligible to be a first aider for Mental Health.

This qualification is for those aged 16 years and over who have an interest in Mental Health and would like to raise their awareness of Mental Health within the workplace and in general. You will not be eligible to be a first aider for Mental Health.

The Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course ensures that mental health first aiders and responders keep their skills fresh and maintain their confidence to perform their roles effectively.

‍The Youth Mental Health First Aid for Schools Course is designed to equip educators and school staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to support the mental health and well-being of young people.

We can deliver MHFA training privately for your team either in a virtual classroom or nationwide at your venue or workplace.
